Your Computer Aided Telephone Interview work has been outsourced, and your assurance standards require a sample to be verified. The assurance process could require data verification and survey assurance based on validation of a sample of surveys.
The situations could include:
- Your research service provider records all survey calls and submits these recording (or provides access to these recording) in support of survey data.
- Where no recording is provided and you need to call back a sample to verify data provided.
Nirvana’s VerRes service address both the capabilities required; that of survey audits based on calls made to a sample of respondents and data verification based on remotely listening to survey call recordings. VerRes brings to our clients, the ability to deploy ‘on tap’ resources, matching peaks and troughs seen on most research environments. Nirvana staffs this service more efficiently (relative to in-house teams) as the same team addresses assurance service beyond the Market research industry.

Services
Where survey recordings are available, Nirvana will work with the client to deploy appropriate access technology to enable remote audit of survey data based call recordings. Validation surveys are carried out by Nirvana’s trained CATI services team and our question server software which is developed to serve a predetermined number of randomly selected set of questions, based on what had been answered previously by the respondent. Validation surveys are recorded and these recordings can be accessed remotely by clients.
Nirvana’s processes are carried out in a secure environment with process and technology deployed to eliminate opportunities for data export.
