Our system can support all types of questioning like randomization, piping, skip patterns, question routing, etc. Nirvana’s technology infrastructure enables quota management, predictive and distributed dialing, call and screen recording and real time monitoring. The CRM backbone is seamlessly linked to the IVR system and allows any standard CATI software to be plugged into it.
Training Curriculum for CATI processes Our projects are monitored live both by the Market Research Company as well as by Nirvana Professionals. Nirvana’s analytics team provides associate ratings on various parameters like confidence, courteousness, level of preparation, accent, pace, clarity, etc. The interview techniques are critically analyzed w.r.t. screening, administering scales, probing, skip patterns, handling, objections, etc. This is used as a critical input to the Nirvana Operations team for continuous improvements in the CATI process.
