Nirvana Business Solutions (Nirvana BPO) provides cutting-edge customer care solutions, back office processing and related offshore outsourcing solutions out of our state-of-the-art BPO facilities in India. Nirvana Business Solutions has been providing customer lifecycle services (CLS) to the clients in North America, UK and Australia. Our customer lifecycle services help clients to:

Raj Kondur
Raj was previously Co-Founder of ChrysCapital, India's largest Venture Capital fund with approximately $1 billion under his management. He spearheaded the firm's investments in the BPO space and was a founding member of Spectramind, a BPO Company with 10,000 people. His prior experience includes several years with Morgan Stanley and AT Kearney in the US. At Morgan Stanley he was member of the team responsible for investing the $1 billion Princess Gate Fund, with a focus on telecom and technology sectors. He has a BBA from Georgia State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Venkat Raju
Venkat Raju comes to Nirvana with 17 years of experience in the outsourcing industry. Most recently he was with British Telecom (BT) where he led the GTM (Go To Market) initiatives in the Global Sourcing- Center of Excellence (COE), which is responsible for the overall management of the outsourced work, worth over $ 1 billion annually. Prior to BT, he held leadership positions in BPO/ITeS/IT companies, both in third party and captive environments, over a range of service offerings. He has experience in BPO, Call center, KPO, IMS and IT outsourcing, across multiple geographies and in verticals like Telecom, Retail, BFSI, Automotive, Technology and Utilities sectors. Additionally, he brings his people, process and relationship management skills to the company with a strong quality focus.
