Infrastructure

We operate out of our state-of-the-art 75,000sq.ft facility in the heart of Bangalore's technology district. Keeping in mind the mission critical activities that we perform for our clients, the site is largely insulated from the vagaries of local infrastructure.

• Complete compliance with all EHS and OSHA requirements
• Four levels of power back-up including 150% backup power generation with sufficient diesel storage to run continuously for seven days
• Telecommunication infrastructure for both voice and data connectivity with eight redundancies in the local loop and dual redundancy in our international circuits
• Safe and secure environment including multiple fire-safety systems, access control at the site, building and floor levels
• Aesthetic environment with significant greenery, recreation space, and an exclusive cafeteria
• Easy access with several public and Nirvana-administered transportation options for associates

Security

Nirvana's world class security systems and procedures are designed to protect data integrity and maintain confidentiality.

System Security

Access Control: This includes physical access to system, security measures like logical access and password controls Operational System security: No access to internet/email for data processing people, Virus protection, etc. Computer and Network management: Various layers security for network management like firewall protection, log files to manage access to server rooms

Physical Security

Physical security: Round the clock security service. Employee identification badge at all time in office Document Accountability: Scanned documents are stored in a secured server and are available only to authorized personnel Personnel Security: Personnel screening, Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement, Employee background checks for people handling confidential client Security Organization: Our top management is actively involved in ensuring and monitoring security procedures

As a best practice, Nirvana checks the functionality and availability of the entire infrastructure deployed on a daily basis. Further, all the infrastructure is monitored real time for any actual or potential failures. Our facility has four levels of redundancies with regard to power supply, eight levels of redundancy with our local connectivity, and multiple international circuits using separate fiber paths to ensure 100% uptime.

Fire Prevention

Campus Fire tank capacity: 100 KL with standby fire pumps, fire hydrants, wet riser. Nearest fire station - 5 Kilometers , Response time less than - 10 minutes

Floor: Fire hydrants, sprinkler system, addressable alarm system

Server Room: FM 200 fire prevention and protection system
