Tele c alling of prospects who were sm all and medium size businesses; these may be users or non-users of card services. The script used captures the prospect’s situation (transaction volume and value, service charges currently paid, intention to switch etc.) and applying the agreed upon business rules, the c all is transferred to the in-market sales team.
A part of the team underwent a sophisticated training program to close sales.
Results
- This program began as a pilot with a team of 10 associates, the success rate quickly exceeded client expectations with the result that the program is ramping up. The client has consolidated their base of telemarketing service providers, with Nirvana as the anchor service provider. Nirvana’s team, technology and professionalism went a long way towards building the degree of confidence required for consolidation.
- The client is currently adding a further dimension to the marketing effort using our voice mail ‘blast’ services; this involves Nirvana leaving recorded messages on voice mailboxes of a large number of prospects.
