Campaign Requirement
The client has a number of databases which it maintains on an ongoing basis and requires regular updates and cleaning. The broker database is one such example. The broker database comprises of over 40,000 entries with 30-40 entries being added daily.

The database serves as a pre-qualifier for evaluation of broker leads and also evaluate broker performance on an ongoing basis. The prevailing approach adopted by the client was essentially reactive. This meant that broker details were verified and updated only when broker leads came in. Clearly there was a benefit in focused attention being provided to this asset.

Evaluation of new broker applications

Ongoing correspondence, follow-up and updation of broker details (license renewal details, contact details etc)
