Our recruitment rigor is demonstrated by its less than 5% selection for associate hiring whereas in most BPO’s it is 10%; which means that only one out of twenty candidates appearing at the other companies has a chance of getting selected at Nirvana.

Training

The mission of Learning at Nirvana is...To create learning, distribute it across the organization and help individuals apply learning to improve business effectiveness, using leading edge thinking and state of the art learning systems and methods.

At Nirvana every agent has a development plan based on their individual skill level. This development plan allows a continuous growth path for an agent and his process following our GENextTM™ methodology. This methodology allows us to improve a process from the agent level up, giving us a large advantage over traditional training and learning environments. Unlike other BPO’s and call centers we believe process performance is directly linked to every agent. Using Witness Systems, complete call recording solution allows us to examine a process in its entirety, down to minute details at the agent level. We target problematic areas in individuals that make up the group to increase the overall performance of a process.

Our Quality team is committed to operationalizing excellence on service delivery. We believe that the key to continuously developing our people lies in our capability to understand the customer process, environment, the context in which the process functions and the needs of the end customer.
